How to do Hard Reset to Moto Q9

 

Resetting Motorola  Q9 windows mobile, same as the Moto Q8 on the previous post, may cause additional data stored in the phone memory is lost, it must be backed up first every want to do a reset.
         This can be done if the mobile phone in an error condition such as hangs in starting up, operate slowly, or un accessible menu.
         Steps to do a hard reset is very easy, first turn off the phone, make sure that the Battery power is full, press E + Z + Power on button, keep the three buttons pressed until you get Motorola logo on lcd.
Wait until the phone restarts automatically.
