Nokia has now announced two new smartphone devices- Nokia E6 and Nokia X7-with Symbian operating system.
Nokia has use Microsoft software in these both smartphones and it operating system called Symbian Anna. Nokia promises new icons, a faster browser, improved usability, better maps, enterprise-grade security and messaging enhancements. Its also along with easier text input, including the option of a portrait virtual keyboard on touchscreen handsets.
One thing is interesting In Nokia Symbian handsets, including the C6, C7, N8 and E7 is that it will be able to get the Anna update as an over-the-air download and Anna is "the first in a series of updates" coming to Symbian and Ovi Maps has also had a refresh via Anna, to make it easier to use and search for locations, said that Nokia.
The head of Nokia's Smart Devices business Mr. Jo Harlow said, "With these new products and more Symbian devices and user enhancements coming in the near future, we are confident we can keep existing Nokia smartphone customers engaged, as well as attract new first-time and competitor smartphone users."
