check whether jumper is properly inserted in hard disk
Check Whether your Data Cables attach Properly
Check Power Connector of your Pc and Hard disk
check whether your connection inside the cabinet of computer is properly attached
check for loose connection its better you reconnect all internal wire again
now restart
