How to Change your Search Engine in MS Office - Change Default Search Provider in MS Office

Change your Search Engine in MS Office : Today we have come with a very important trick for all user of MS Office. Everyone use office for there diffrent purpose student use office for there project, businessman use office for other diffrent purpose. Basically it is used by most of the people . You have already noticed in MS Office the default search engine is Bing but today very few people use bing to search anything here we will guide you how to change default search provider in MS Office in easy way.

Change your Search Engine in MS Office

By Deafult you will this screen after searching anyword in MS Office we will change it to Google

Step 1: Open Run window screen by pressing Window key with R in keyboard. Now type regedit and then press enter it will open a registry editor in your screen.

Step 2: Now in that registry editor search for the following words

HKEY--CURRENT--USER – Software—Microsoft—Office-- 15.0—Common—General

Step 3: Now in General screen type New by clicking right mouse button you will see a new screen with creating string value. Now just create two new string value the first one with SearchProviderName and other one with SearchProviderURI

Step 4:  Just double click on the SearchProviderName string and fill Google image

 

and in SearchProviderURI enter http://www.google.com

You can fill any search engine you desired.

Step 5: Now close the registry editor and now open your any MS Office application you will see new search engine.
