How to Download and install CM13 ROM for Lenovo Vibe K5 and K5 Plus

Install CM13 ROM for Lenovo Vibe K5 and K5 Plus : Today we are sharing with you a simple tricks to CM13 ROM for Lenovo Vibe K5 and K5 Plus. The smartphone has 5.50 inch display powered by  1.8GHz processor with 3GB Ram and 13MP rear camera. It has IPS capacitive touchscreen with Qualcomm MSM8929 Snapdragon 415 chipset and Octa-core cpu and Adreno 405 Gpu. It has micro Sd support upto 32 GB memory and 2750 mAh battery.

Kindly Note: If you have enable bootloader and install TWRP Recovery go to step 6 directly 

 

Step 1: Backup all of your data to your pc. Now charge your Mobile phone to 80% to ensure safety for you device.

 

Step 2: Enable Developer Options in you Android device Just tap the Build Number 7 times in setting in About Phone option. Now in Developer option Enable Usb Debugging and OEM Unlocking options. Now you can connect your device to your PC using a Usb cable.

 

Step 3: Now download Minimal ADB and Fastboot from here and unlock Bootloader first from here  and download  TWRP Recovery from here

 

Step 4: Extract the Minimal ADB Setup on your PC and move the downloaded TWRP Recovery to the ADB Folder.Now rename the TWRP img file to Recovery.img and Connect your Phone to PC.

 

Step 5: Now open the ADB Folder in C drive and open Command Window by pressing  Shift Key + Right Mouse Click.

     Reboot the phone into Bootloader and type the Command

adb reboot bootloader

 

Now the device will boot into Bootloader After that type this command

fastboot devices

 

Nowflash the recovery by typing this command

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

 

After that reboot your device and type the command

fastboot reboot-bootloader

 

Install CM13 ROM for Lenovo Vibe K5 and K5 Plus

 

Step 6: Now download Lenovo Vibe K5 and K5 Plus CM 13 ROM from here and Gapps for Lenovo Vibe K5 and K5 Plus here  and you can see Development Page from here

 

Step 7: Plug your device with pc and save the two file in your internal memory of your mobile phone

 

Step 8: Create a backup for your safety and make a factory reset along with Wipe cache, Dalvik cache, and data and swipe.

 

Step 9: Now in Boot menu select your custom Rom zip file Install the ROM file along with Gapps for Lenovo Vibe K5 and K5 Plus. Now again Wipe cache, Dalvik cache, and data and swipe.
