Step 1: Now download OxygenOS 3.1.0 for OnePlus X Rom from here
Step 2: Plug your device with pc and save the Rom zip file file in your internal memory of your mobile phone
Step 3: Create a backup for your safety and Now Boot your phone into recovery by by pressing Volume Down + Power now make a factory reset along with Wipe cache, Dalvik cache, and data and swipe.
Step 4: Now in Boot menu select your custom Rom zip file Install the ROM file .Now again Wipe cache, Dalvik cache, and data and swipe.
Step 5: Just Restart your device and enjoy you have successfully install OxygenOS 3.1.0 On OnePlus X in your device.
