Step 1 : Open your message in your mobile phone and Send an SMS 

PORT <Mobile Number> to 1900

 

Step 2 : After some time you will received a SMS that will contain the unique porting code.

 

Step 3 : Kindly Note down that unique porting code and go to reliance Jio store with a valid documents or with adhaar card and fill the application form with all details.

 

Step 4 : You will get a new sim from the reliance Jio store.

 

Step 5 : Now insert Jio sim in your mobile .You will be getting a confirmation message from Jio asking you to do the Tele verification To activate both Voice & Data services, dial 1977 from your Jio Number.

 

Step 6 : Confirm your identity by typing the last four digits of your submitted identity. Your SIM will be activated within 1 or 2 hours.
